the machine is vacuum chamber type packing system. use for semiconductor industry. machne brand is Nasavac. made in USA.
the problem? the sealing element has burn and the solid state relay has not well function. so my first thinking is the SSR has a problem. the old version only for max 50amp. so i change it to 80amp maximum SSR.
After did a testing, everything was going ok. but after 50 times of testing, new problem occur. the program got hang...the opertation got stuck during vacuum process..
So my suspect problem is close sensor does not bring the signal to PLC. So i did some adjustment and setting.there also have some mechanical problem..so, after did all adjustment, now everything ok. tomorrow i will do some testing again. if nothing happen, the machine will sending back to factory..
